Lame for 2 Years - Now we are riding him after 30 days

This 10 year old horse has been lame for 2 years...

I’m not sure what kind of life he had before me but it seems to have been very rough. I have tried every supplement I can find. He was very shifty, always resting his front right foot, lame at the trot/lope, his face just showed pain all the time. He popped and snapped in his joints. He is 5 weeks into Osteo-MAX. He was on 2 pumps for 4 weeks and now he is on 1 pump a day.

First I noticed he was standing more square to eat. 2 weeks in I noticed he wasn’t always off his front right foot. By 4 weeks we decided to try an easy trail. He was fine. The next day I expected to see him favoring that foot. He didn’t!! We gradually tried more trails and now we are at 5/6 trails and he is still sound!! My mare is moving and feeling so much better. She is eating more too! She is covering more ground and literally runs every day no matter the weather. Right Stifle OCD - Reduced Surface Area & Increased Density in 60 days

In a recent study published by Mandotori, D. 2021; Vitamin K2 has a dual role in Bone Loss and Vascular Calcification. Vitamin K2 deficiency is proving to be responsible for the "calcium paradox" phenomenon, characterized by low calcium deposition in the bone.

The study published by Refitt, D.M. 2003; Orthosilicic acid stimulates collagen synthesis and osteoblastic differentiation.
