What do I need if my horse colics?
Call your vet first, always. Then notify us within 14 days of surgery and file your Surgical Reimbursement Claim online. Your veterinarian completes the Program Compliance Affidavit. Both are due within 14 days of discharge, along with the itemized invoice and surgical report emailed to Support@100XEquine.com. The program reimburses eligible surgical costs up to $20,000.
